mold. For the delivery time of production order, 7 working days is

injection machines ranging from 50 to 1250 tons now.

Q1:What are the main oversea markets of Haoshun Mold Tech?
Our regular oversea customers are from the USA, Canada, the UK,
Italy, Germany, France, Russia etc.
Q2:Avalibable for customized design drawings?
Yes. Please provide the model and drawing in STEP, IGES, PDF, DXW,
ect. format. So that we can further check the part structure,
dimension and weight.
Q3:Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Yes, we can sign the NDA/NNN before you send the drawings and keep
protection for your projects and designs.
Q4:What’s the MOQ?
We do not have the MOQ requirements, but usually the more quantity
the more competitive price.
Q5: How you do the quality control?
1). Materials inspection by IQC;
2). The first sample inspected by QC, QC will do over check as per
the parameters list and critical dimensions requested by customers,
to decide if it can go ahead for production;
3). During processing, our IPQC will check the injection molded
parts every 2 hours, ensure no any rejects;
4). FQC will check the parts before sending to the warehouse;
5). Inspected by random samples before shipment
